Is it mandatory for a landlord to provide door screens for sliding glass doors of a family room?

Over the last 6-7 months, I’ve been doing my best to “get smart” on real estate investing, starting off with Rich Dad principles, which led to Rich Dad Advisor (McElroy, Sutton, etc.) audiobooks, which led to BP podcasts and doing YT research on tax benefits…I’m feel ready to take action and start putting everything into practice but still not certain which method is best for my first investment property.

Overall, we are at 73% occupancy for all our homes and having a really smart dynamic pricing strategy is super important.For Disney fans and families who would like to invest here, do your research, talk to locals, (everyone from across the country seems to have an opinion). 

You will lose all your down payment, plus a lot more.I am an avid real estate investor, so I love investing, but you have to be smart :-)

@Kathryn Demesa Sebastian The message looks good and I think it's smart to not ask for too much in the initial message as others will have varying comfort levels with sharing insights.

But, there's room for smart moves.

It can be smart to add a "rent escalation clause" that says rent will be increased by 3% every 12 months to compensate for inflation.Provide notice: Landlords typically need to provide tenants with advance notice before raising the rent.
