I will keep telling STR owners to list on at least AirBNB and VRBO.I am just going to get outta this dead horse beating topic.To those new folks reading this - List on at least AirBNB and VRBO.

I have read it a few times before and just did again now and was reminded of some relevant points.

I'm light on capital so paying a mentor isn't an option, but happy to split revenue (pay as I learn).I don't currently own in Florida, but from what I've read, the challenge is in even getting insurance.

@Adam RossRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

Read every book you can on different niches of investing, at least one per month.
