Also I should make it clear, I am really not all that successful of an agent, I'm not pulling down huge production numbers, but I'm also not really interested in sacrificing quality of service for volume and Ive not yet figured out how to scale in my way yet...but I've been at it about 3 years full time, so I'm still working it out I feel.

W of I-25, as close to the mountains as possible will be easier to find tenants generally speaking (also think of the commute into Denver), and the spring will be the easiest time of year.

@Beruk LessaneworkRecommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.If you buy/renovate a Class A property in Class D area, what quality of tenant will you get?
