This is part of what I received this morning.The storage units that were approved are to be made of sturdy plastic, approximately 6 feet high, 2 feet deep and 4 feet wide and “MUST BE LOCKABLE”.The storage units may be purchased by the unit owner OR at the expense of the tenant.For your convenience we have enclosed pictures of 4 containers that are approved.Any items that cannot be stored inside of these containers and placed against the wall in front of the designated parking space WILL BE REMOVED AT THE UNIT OWNERS ESPENSE!

When you get a surgery done, do you ask the surgeon what his hourly rate is?

The last one was in the hospital having surgery. 

Combine with putting up window plastic for them, door snakes or weather stripping, maybe a programmable thermostat, and the education tactics.

We also used these hard plastic large tiles for the back splash.

From the manufacturer these typically come with the pink insulation and then either a plastic or mesh "underbelly" to keep out rodents and serve as a barrier.In the south we don't like breathing between the underbelly and subfloor due to heat rising and to support ventilation, but in the north they have a mesh to allow for the opposite.  

Cover it with thick black plastic or weed guard, then a couple yards of mulch.

I do not believe that would hurt your credit but verify this.There is no easier money than pulling the plastic out of your wallet. 

I didn't see it mentioned so thought I'd throw it out there, golf cleats are not metal anymore, they are a plastic type material, but could still be slippery on tile.
