there are plenty of good streets and you can find little outliers... for example in Price Hill there is the INCLINE DISTRICT which has a theatre, wine bar, Primavista, and Incline House restaurant... you see rehabs going up all around, all homes built before or at turn of the century....outside of Cheviot and the Incline District you're going to be in between C-D neighborhoods more than likely.... depends on your tolerance and what your trying to get into.

Hi there, I’m an investor with 4 properties in the Bay Area / wine country and I’m looking to build my next project from the ground up — acquiring acreage somewhere beautiful to build a mini-hotel / micro-community with 6-10 ADU-style units (similar to what TomuHaus offers) for short-term rentals.Zoning in the Bay Area does not allow for this (1 primary + 1 accessory max, if that) — so I’m wondering if you know any markets across the country that do.

. ;)Full set of pots and pans, 6 different skillets, wok, large roasting pan, 2 steamers, 2 coffee makers, 2 keurigs, 24 sets of plates/bowls, many glasses (wine, beer, drinking, tall, short, margarita etc), 12 sets of kids plates/bowls/cups, 3 sizes of ZipLoc bags, aluminum foil, parchment paper, Saran Wrap, 24 sets of silverware, many serving spoons/forks, 16 different knives, mandolin (veggie slicer), knife sharpener, scissors, 3 meat thermometers, 6 whisks, dough scrapers, chop sticks, 4 casserole pans, 4 cake pans (round, square, rectangle), 4 bread pans, 8 serving bowls, baking sheets (1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 2 of each), air fryer, crockpot, espresso machine, 2 blenders...the list goes on.Also a bunch of small appliances like mixers, hand blenders, waffle makers, single egg cookers etc etc.
