I save those for special holidays (Halloween and Easter).

What do you think about sending gift cards for the holidays to tenants?

Obviously I don't want to wake a sleeping giant and have someone tell me I have to tear it down and start over.  

If you buy this house, and it takes a few months to close and rehab, you're getting dangerously close to the holiday season.

I do know one of the schools that offers classes is actually based in my hometown in Ohio, but I don't think the schedules would work for me since I usually go back around holidays and can't imagine too many classes going on at that time.

@Andrew Eaton   my Siders are Mennonites and yes they are very good.. only issue with them is they have religious holidays all the time.. and they just don't show up..

You know how it goes I'll gets some weekends, summer and holidays...
