Now if a property is publicly listed, I find the properties, do the research and the agent comes and opens the doors. 

How many doors or what was the company generating when you hired a VA?

We're doing a very large, all custom one... garage tear down + rebuild with addition & ADU.Total build is ~2,200 sq ft with half that being the ADU (above the garage/addition).

Bedrooms look nice.The game room/garage looks a bit like garbage.

I agree though, an individual condo unit purchase in an old building without the ability to do or understand your due diligence adequately is a massive risk.

I’m thinking about building a detached garage with a loft rental on top ?

Then there is a central system that is outside of the doors on the ceiling if one of those in the common area goes off then it sets off the alarm for the whole building.

I now have 20 Doors.
