From my understanding, if you list the properties under a legal business and sell the business itself the ownership of the account isn't getting moved.

Still relatively new to this space (2020 was first move).

The key is building systems and finding solid property management to handle things while you move around.

Usually living in it for a few years may be enough for it to cash flow positive when you move out.  

Our net worth is 4mil so our CPA asked us to move them in LLCs last year.

I am wondering how much expected weather of an area impacts your decision to invest in a specific area.Recently looked at Census data which shows that people are predominantly moving to Florida and Texas.

I’m considering tapping into this equity to fund future fix-and-flip projects or even purchase another rental property.My questions are:Do you think leveraging the equity in my properties is a smart move for real estate investments?

May find a higher quality of student & you get all students from that organization in your home they will find the next tenant from within their organization when they move out.
