Steven N. How would you update this kitchen without tearing everything out
2 March 2020 | 5 replies
If the compition demands a higher refurbishment (counter tops, and cabinets) then do that, but just a refresh on this unit (from the pics) looks like paint and LVP might be enough.I'd leave the cabinets and counter tops brown (unless competition dictates redoing them). Also a daylight bulb in the kitchen of the highest wattage the fixture will hold might make the area look better when you show it.The less income the resident has, the more bulb wattage they seem to like in the kitchen (they cook at home more).Good Luck!

But if you walked on the lot, and a salesman brought you a cup of coffee, had you're car washed while you were looking around, followed you around like a puppy, while constantly fact dumping, while tossing in little polite, considerate questions about your family, you would have a far easier time telling him bluntly "nope... no 350z, I have 6 kids so we should look at the minivans...."
Devin Radford Low water pressure in duplex
9 March 2020 | 1 reply
Any time two or more fixtures are being used at the same time the water in one becomes non existence immediately. Each side of the duplex has its own full bathroom, water heater and kitchen sink. The duplex is on a concrete slab.I cannot find the shutoff valve (except for the city shutoff valve) or the prv (I'm assuming there's not one). The water supply line is 3/4 and cutting a hole in the wall I discovered the lines feeding the fixtures are 1/2.City has came out everything is good on their end and they place a pressure gauge on external tap and said its lowI checked faucet aeratorsthe 3/4 main supply is cpvc and everything else is copperThe water bill is not high so I assume there are no leaksA plumber is suggest converting the lines that are 1/2 to 3/4 until it gets to the fixture.
