I think it fits the intelligence level of the sheople in today's society.

If we spent the existing taxes more intelligently, we could be just as civilized as other countries by paying less taxes.

To produce the same product here would cost so much more because the grower would have to pay more for the land, pay for artificial climate to get year-round growth and pay at least minimum wage for the employees.

Even with inflated Gross Incomes and artificially reduced Operating Expenses derived from “La-La land†Pro Formas, these property still boast single digit CAP rates… as if they are proud to offer a property at 7%.

THIS IS THE DEPTH OF THE INTELLIGENCE OF OUR ELECTORATE??

The one exception is that real estate indicators seem to be all over the board (and those of the ones most likely of highest concern to those on this forum).I think the real estate indicators are inconsistent because of all the artificial means the government (and banks) have used to get real estate moving are having "unnatural" effects on the market.

I still remeber the answers, I won't list them all, but the bottom line was, to improve the quality of life, that's what you can expect after college; Not riches, not fame, not wisdom nor intelligence.

That means no Fannie/Freddie loans and artificial constraints on lending.
