To produce the same product here would cost so much more because the grower would have to pay more for the land, pay for artificial climate to get year-round growth and pay at least minimum wage for the employees.

The one exception is that real estate indicators seem to be all over the board (and those of the ones most likely of highest concern to those on this forum).I think the real estate indicators are inconsistent because of all the artificial means the government (and banks) have used to get real estate moving are having "unnatural" effects on the market.

I keep email address and contact them (every now and then when I have a new house in their area )But all mine are handyman specials, cash to close, 14 days, and written in such a way that it seems only intelligent investors actually call me.I've had more success in smaller markets rather than bigger ones.
