One thing that I noticed helps a lot of times is going to local networking events and hanging around like-minded individuals.

To me, I don’t mind this IF they pay their portion.

I wouldn’t mind connecting with some Columbus agents and soaking up their knowledge about the area! 

SFR is much more difficult because of taxes, purchase price and rent generate but if you are open minded to a rent by room strategy or mid term rental strategy SFR can look more attractive.  

With that in mind, here are my thoughts:1.

The idea of my thread is to share my experience and check if I can get advice and emotional support from like minded individuals but unfortunately the post was not properly understood and only people who are either PMCs or associated with one have answered.

I would keep in mind HOA Fees and Assessments.

Real estate is not my primary job, and I travel quite a bit, so having the piece of mind that I don't have to worry about the 2am call is absolutely worth the fee.
