IE there is none  LOL.. so you have some folks that will do well but they would do well at whatever they choose and then you have the dreamers.. those that want it dream it but don't have the skill sets ,, the plain smarts etc to ever do anything in RE takes a lot of stars aligning to be successful at this.If your married you need your spouse 2000 % on board with your all emcompassing new job.. etc etc

Hence why we've counted some 14+ retired rock and rock stars among them.At the other homes, most all are affluent, but not super-wealthy.

The listing agent working directly with the bank, may be motivated to raise your offer and look like a rock star to the bank (and their broker) so the bank will send them more listings.

@Kyle Hipp, I'm especially curious if you're running your AC a lot in your test, as we have the same weather.Our dehumidifer is Energy Star, and we water plants with our dehumidifier water to try and save a little, but would welcome not having to use it!

I dont, but I think my wife does occasionally, and you know that bit in Star Wars on the attempts they make on the Death Star "stay on target stay on target", well, that's kinda like what I tell my wife.

I feel like the stars would really need to align in order for me to find both an interested buyer and a seller willing to do it, but I guess that is where a Realtor could help me.
