Petersburg has a growing population of remote workers, students, and seasonal visitors who seek flexible housing options.

My husband thinks the virtual office is a good idea if someone googles the address (they'll see an actual office building) or try to go there (there is a receptionist that will tell visitors we're not in) but I don't think any of that will really happen.

A great way to get reliable leads is to visit or start calling local title companies and see who has some of these lists.

Per the lease "TENANT agrees to use care in the use of the premises, its appliances and all other parts of the LANDLORD'S property and give notice to the LANDLORD of the need of repairs, and to pay for all repairs to the premises, its contents and all other parts of the LANDLORD'S property which are damaged by any lack of care on the part of the TENANT, TENANT'S family or TENANT'S visitors." 

Probably a couple years from making a move, but want to start evaluating whether it might make sense.Thanks for any input/experience.Salt air and constant stream of visitors is going to be harsh on your house regardless of obx or bb location.
