Hello Victor,I think your repair estimate is a little low.

I hope to find individuals that have once had the same ambitions as I did, yet have either failed due to unfortunate circumstances or individuals that have succeeded with great victory.

I just wanted to say first: I'm not upset at anyone.

A month after closing the previous seller starts complaining that the shared utility unit is leaving his lights on when he leaves for the day and he's upset because he is paying for those utilities.  

My brother on the other hand, he seems to get upset.

I didn't even celebrate the big "4-0" last month, because I am so upset with my lack of forward progress paddling against the stream.So, that's why I ended up here on this site.  

They have an upset bid still trying to comprehend. basically you win the bid but some one can upset the bid.

He's upset that he didn't yet make money on my property.

I was not upset to leave there haha.I wish I had all $400,000 at my disposal but thats not the case at all since its my moms propery, il be lucky if i get to use $100k for our first deal.
