Lots of luxury apartment buildings are being built amongst ramshackled old duplexes -- and that presents a fantastic opportunity for a house hacker!

The competition is due to lower overall price points therefore lower downpayment required, conventional lending is available, and house hackers love them.the Seattle area has been more of an equity play in the short & long term than cash flow.

I would love to connect with other fellow house-hackers & investor-friendly realtors in the Tampa area and hear about how the different areas, how much you're getting for individual bedroom rents, how the short term rental market is, etc.
