I guess the flaw in that theory though is you need a title company who doesn't care what you are up to.

Odds are really good the hidden flaws in your character are already well-known to everyone around you.

JScott,I have always been willing to share what I know; evidence is here on BP already :wink:And I agree that all of the so-called "secrets" have already been uncovered - again, evidence of that is here on BP.What I am getting at, is that these REIA meetings are full of newcomers who aren't all that willing to uncover those pieces of info on their own.

I highly recommend the book "Deals on Wheels (sold at the store on this site) if you are serious about seller financing the homes and renting the land.Overall your idea is sound, but does have a few flaws.

Sometimes those properties have a flaw that seems to the average buyer as a no no.
