It looks like a dirt colored substance was ground into the textured floor surface but it doesn't wash off.

UPDATE: I ended up paying $1000 for a guy to frame, insulate, texture, and install matching baseboard on the new wall.

I do not want to fly in jets everywhere or constantly be on the move.

They then sprayed an orange peel texture over all of the walls to help them all look uniform.

Though we used an airless roller system on textured walls. 

The lot is only a .25 acre but large enough for the structure and good size yard. we are using a builder to complete the duplex up to wall texture, then we are taking over (this is fine with our bank financing).

Over the 6 years, the progress has been slowly building (which we all know is normal) but because he doesn't see a Porsche in the driveway and a private jet out back he makes fun of my "little business" (it is only 13 units but it cash flows $3K per month and of course I dream much bigger).

Hello all, I just purchased my first 3/2 SFR in NE Pensacola and it needs advanced cosmetic work: cabinet finishing, countertop replacement, a window, roof repair, some wallpaper and texturing work, minor water damage in bathroom ceilings in vicinity of leaking roof boots.
