I also realize that I may have to pay up to 5% to put it on a credit card, however, that is well worth the trade-off. 

I'm currently looking for another muliy family using an FHA loan, but starting to realize this may not be the best use of my money if I want to build a bigger portfolio.

Of course I am not realtor not do I see any other reports other than probably the same one you got.I think we are seeing more inventory due to people who bought last year freaking out and realizing they made a mistake.
