I would suggest looking for some local meetups so that you can get specific information about what is working for investors in the Spokane market. 

If I understand correctly, you're suggesting that we should focus on the big picture rather than getting caught up in minor details?.

This househack strategy has been suggested to me considering the scarcity of cash flowing residential multifamily properties.

Just have formation docs written as "last man standing" gets it all.
