In Phoenix, I turned an auction win into a successful Airbnb-⁵didn't see that coming at first!

I’ve been considering their service but wanted to see if anyone else has had success with them.

You can manage D grade rentals in rough areas but in general the most success is from those that manage their own rentals in those areas of town. 

Every once in a while I'll get motivated to search for grants to help me expand my portfolio and add to my cash flow but I've yet to find anything nor have I heard of any success stories.

While I can’t promote my company directly, I’m looking to connect with cash buyers in key markets such as Florida, Arizona, Michigan, Alabama, Nevada, Ohio, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia.I’d love to hear from anyone who has successfully built relationships with cash buyers.What strategies or platforms have you found most effective for connecting with them?

For auctions and sheriff sales, building relationships with local auctioneers and monitoring county websites can be great starting points — wishing you success in growing your portfolio!

Only then consider paying for help through a mentor or coach, who's been successful in your niche.It is definitely possible for you if that's what you REALLY want.
