Definitely can't stomach commerical property right now, but I won't say "no" once I get my feet wet and grow in my knowledge!

so much more upside especially if its a true BRRRR. if you are "renting" as one of the "R''s, there is a lot more potential for good cash flow with additional units. if you can stomach multiple properties, go for it. i utilized hard money with my BRRRRs and it provided very helpful and let me scale quickly. happy to share additional info.
