As a brand new real estate investor, do you have the confidence that you will be the right fund manager in the right asset class?

My name is Valerie Kester and while I have bought and sold several personal residences (including landlording)  I am brand new to the investing side of real estate. 

Think broadly: this could range from finding great deals to working with people, financing to building a brand, and anything in between.I'll start the ball rolling with two of mine:1.

I am a brand new agent and my background is cash flow e-commerce sales(which means high volume with max %1 profit sales;) I passed my test and got my license and  I am starting my Real Estate career and I really would love to learn everything about real estate investing.

Properties get titled in the legal name of the acquiring individual or entity (not in the DBA)... so other than branding, DBAs are of little value in a real estate investment business.
