In most communities median marks the line between B and C neighborhoods.

It is very common in the investment advisor space. for example, if I find an investment advisor and want to know how his client's portfolio has performed last 3 years they do not make that  information up, its verified. 

This is a great space to ask questions or research and see what others are doing in the STR space.

But I find the pressure to do so at about the five year mark helpful.

My current situation - I have a FICO of ~630 (no late payments or derogatory marks, just credit card debt from school). 

I see a number of economic development and community vitality initiatives initiated circa 2020, including a community master plan, the development of the MetroHealth complex and associated green space, the Community Housing Plan 2030, 25Connects, Mayor Frank Jackson's Neighborhood Transformation Initiative, and others.

  * A bonus play would be purchasing a small commercial property with at least a 25 space lot in the aforementioned areas; the idea is to convert the lot into paid parking to increase value.
