@Rick Sterling  the market is softening a bit right now and could be a good moment to jump in.

I live in Texas and am looking for a water softener along with a whole-house water filtration system.

In the past when affordability went low, some upward movement in supply would lead to some softening in prices, assuming stable or lowering incomes.

Also, buy close to where I live... no out of state stuff.The prices may not go down but inventory will likely increase and the market will likely soften and that's a good time to buy.

In the event of a negative economic event, there is no way to soften the blow.There are a few things I do know….Politicians will act in their own best interest, re-election, financial benefit.Inflation will outpace interest rates.  

I would just caution to stay with rents over 900 and don’t get tempted by the lower price homes that you can’t sell if the market softens.

My first 6 months I replaced the garage springs, water softener, septic pump, hood vent, and tub cartridge. 

They could soften the tone and correct grammatical errors that make it hard to read and you'll likely get a better response from the tenant.

Market is softening.

There are signs that the JAX market is softening as many listed properties start to lower their asking prices.
