We upgraded the exteriors with landscaping, dog park, playground, and shutters.

Clothes were thrown in the dryer for long periods of time and then tied and put in safe bags and stored downstairs.

However, it's a bank owned property and know they have been known to cover stuff up and sell as is with no disclosure so want to try to place it safe.

I would definitely have the property inspected to be safe but this is what I can tell.

I stopped buying there because even though they have appreciated greatly that they are too safe.

So to do a term refinance that loan (no cash out) seems to be about as drop dead safe as a loan could be for a bank.
