@Tre Watson I assume a good amount of the rebuild (outer appearance such as style, color, roofing, setback, etc.) would have to be approved by the city and this would be step one.

@Rose White Yes, they did cash flow at $197 when I ran the numbers my agent gave me however, that number was not accurate.
