Can anyone recommend a lawyer who represents buyers who may have been defrauded due to the failure of seller to disclose known problems with a property prior to purchase.

Then email the listing agent asking for a showing and tell them you would like them to represent you as the buyer for that property.

Or, would you prefer one who is qualified to represent you and can answer construction-related questions by an IRS auditor?

They advertise you can use your 1040 "adjusted gross" income or if it "isn't representative", you can use your W-2 income.
