They usually have a process for filing a claim with the city for damage caused by them, and they may be willing to cover it.

Before that, I purchased property in Rhode Island.

I am 1600 miles away from three residential properties I just purchased in Jackson, Mississippi. 

Once I get better at purchasing and adding to my portfolio, I know I will have the knowledge to be able to survive without needing the benefits of cost segregation.

For it’s part, Fannie Mae historically has focused more on purchasing mortgages from larger financial institutions, while Freddie Mac was originally designed to support smaller/regional/thrift institutions.

We are starting the process of analyzing deals, making a plan and executing on it.
