@Jim CummingsI recall a few threads where we both cautioned those investing in West Texas which probably fell on deaf ears. 

Had a Non QM 1st mortgage at 4.99% in process on my rental in process that was approved, but due to COVID -19, all investors stopped buying/ doing them, and the loan fell through two weeks ago.

I'm ready and my powder is dry for the coming opportunities. "Sell when everyone else is Buying and Buy when everyone else is Selling".

Hi Shayna,I see your cactus fell over, cactus's are tough it will probably be alright.Re the door (they won't fix it) maybe CALL AND ASK them if you can get small can of matching paint and make it look better yourself.
