Pricing software usually adds a premium on bookings made more than 90 days out, essentially if someone wants the privilege of blocking your calendar they have to pay to do so. 

I'd hire a lawyer to look into this from all angles before shelling out that kind of money for the privilege of removing a tree that is causing structural damage.  

Hello all- my privilege to grow with all on the site.I came across this site as I was researching selling a “rental” property on a Land Contract, and based on information from here and other research, it sounds like a bad idea (In Indiana at least).

You basically have 2 scenarios here -1) Evict everyone including named on leaseThe named on lease the reasoning on the notice to quit "Where one originally had the right or privilege/is now terminated"The others under "Never had right or privilege to occupy".

I find it a privilege to be able to invest in the community that I love.  

As you mentioned, some states are more cost-effective than others when it comes to saving a few dollars upon formation, filing your annual return, business license/tax/privilege tax, and/or when you file your annual report.

Working 80+ hours/week and commuting 2 hours/day for the privilege is no way to live.  

On top of the weekend class to "really" learn a thing or two instead of wasting your valuable time like at the meeting I was attending, they then were pitching their exclusive next tier program where you and 15-or-so others could have the distinct "privilege" of having breakfast/brunch with them and be able to talk with them for the low price of $500 or so...THEN there was their "top dog" program where you and a select few could have the great honor of becoming their padawan after you took out a 2nd mortgage on you (or your parents) house to pay $20K (or was it $50K?)
