Brad.I'd just search on google "Pinetta property management".Call around to these companies, ask them a few basic questions until you find the right fit. 

I used to work with a marketing company who claimed they could get me leads of properties already listed STR. 

The company I work for markets on multiple websites, the MLS, and by word of mouth.
