Depending on where it is, I might work with Section 8 housing in my town (Winter Haven) or set up STRs in the other 3.

When it comes to the actual purchase, you might be able to {gradually} purchase shares of the business (depending on how it is set up and the appetite of the owners) rather than an all out purchase.

The way the condo is set up, I would need to allocate the one window in the living room to the new bedroom, meaning the living room will no longer have a window.I know bedrooms require certain legal restrictions to be met (2 egress, certain size, etc).
