I have seen mild decrease in rental demand as many people may be working from parents houses while taking classes online, etc. but I expect this to be temporary (until a vaccine). 

I want to do this because my mom has given me everything and she has recently become mildly disabled and I cannot afford to help her pay her debts and I know she’s going to have more coming up.

I’m sure there’s a recession coming eventually but perhaps it will be mild compared to past ones .
