What I have noticed is the same justifications ranting of wholesalers thinking they are in some special activity and that they are uniquely qualified to charge more as if they were an attorney working by the hour.

I constantly see people referring to the 7-10 year business cycle, citing how long this bull market has been running, as justification for a real estate correction (expecting a crash like '08, not just a softening in demand/values, which would be pretty abnormal).
