hopefully your inspection went well. wish i would have seen your post earlier i would have been happy to help you out with your inspection. but to answer your question, there really isn't anything you need to "ask" your inspector to look for. if he is a good inspector he will know what to look for and what defects are major and should be addressed immediately and which defects are minor.

Having end dates in the summer is perfect and usually what I strive for.2 out of the 3 of these vacancies were actually planned for summer end dates.The one tenant is my tenant below in my househack and he has been absolutely incredible and kept me posted about this move for over 6 months.

Well, the latest "clarification" of the vague memo is that "rental assistance programs" are exempt from the pause - so I am expecting payments to arrive as usual.

Since I'm not a pigeon forge local, I also don't have a good feel for the appropriate cost of goods and services either.While I don't necessarily suspect anything nefarious from the management company, I don't now that our financial incentives are always well-aligned.
