Office, so you can learn from the other agents and immerse yourself with colleagues that can help you if needed and your Broker is on site to ask questions and assist you because you will need a lot of assistance at first, then when you feel comfortable and confident, move to whatever office or setup at home that you want. 

We are doing another 3 day boot camp with Dave Lindahl's group called immersion training and another 3 day boot camp on raising private money.

And since I had so much responsibility I started to immerse myself in our "project".

Like it was mentioned above during day 2 it was pitched very hard to join the Mastery program for $50K for full immersion. 

It's a recent interest of mine and I've been immersing myself in the topic for the last couple of months.

I know I have a lot to learn, but I know that if I'm fully immersed in real estate, I give myself the best possibility of success!

But if its a field where your earnings can go up 50% by being immersed in your work and performing better, maybe it is better to focus on that and less on investing.
