Do I hire a property manager?

We used to have in-house inspectors but it was hard to scale and with our heavies season being that of summer months, at 1000+ units we weren't able to hire enough inspectors for the last day of month move outs and first day of month move ins and then still keep them fully-employed in our slower season in fall/winter.

So Big-Gov. takes MORE from Walmart, which is YOUR $ that you are paying Walmart, for Big-Gov. to hire MORE gov. to then take $ for this slush fund, that gov. employee, and than sends 30 cents of that dollar and sends it back to you in form of some "benefit". 

In most states, the company that owns the property can hire an employee to manage the property for them without a license.

You have two choices:  You can appeal them yourself or hire a law firm. 

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

My suggestion is to partner with / hire the best local tax and legal professionals you can if you are going to invest abroad.

It is possible that hiring an attorney to sue the GP is necessary, but also possible that would be a poor choice. 

My recommendation is to protect that rental investment when you do find one, and hire a professional property management company!
