I think it is absolutely incorrect to say "the best return" is at a job often paying less than $100 an hour.....That is simply not thinking big enough in my opinion.No disrespect intended, hope that didn't come off as too harsh :)

The other thing is that a lot of inspection reports cast everything in such a harsh light.

I saw LOTS of 'investors' in 2005-2008 who were (or became) motivated buyers, ultimately face the harsh reality that the market isn't kind to bad financial decisions.

If you feel they're being too harsh, think about their intent.

We are constrained on every direction except East where it quickly gets harsh. 

Lazy seems a little harsh.

I did not state anything out right as harsh as you did not know what you were talking about. 

Certainly deduct if they are really pushy or don't agree to an increase in price, but deducting just for asking seems a little harsh to me.
