Tenants love the 70-100Mb bandwidth and it is a definite "plus" in filling our student rentals.Normally, I would have included Internet it in this unit, but where I opened my mouth and prematurely discounted the rent, we did not offer it - though we did pull the glass (fibre-optic cable) into the communications room.Ironically, this renovation cost about the same as purchasing a 2/1 or 3/1 in your farm and must seem completely over-the-top to you  .... it aggravates me and I'm fully cognisant that we have a much higher cost of "everything" (and an ill Loonie to top it off).  

Word of mouth failed.  

Had it up to 90" I almost just threw up in my mouth!!

I never been happier seeing my hard work pay off. 

Then when we started sourcing Japanese properties, all sorts of people, including very influential hedge fund managers etc (of the sort that brought the market crashing down in 2008) were saying similar things ("prices haven't risen in 15 years etc") - they're all (mom included) laughing out of the other side of their mouths now ;)Slow and steady does it - it takes those who go against the grain to make a real killing - and Detroit may be just the place to hit now, of all times.Best of luck and welcome aboard!

I didn't know I couldn't do those things.Ended up with a check from the title company for $8,700 and I couldn't have been happier!  

Additionally I have seen some colleagues years ago (before I started helping others) lose a lot of money by making some counter-intuitive mistakes and then have a very bad taste in their mouths concerning mobile homes. 

Do some more research then when your comfortable try your hand at it again.What happened with your SFH and duplex that left a bad taste in your mouth?
