I would house-hack every year and get into doing BRRRR deals by purchasing through hard-money loans and then re-financing into DSCR loans.

Personally, I would end up re-drawing and/or creating new drawings anyway.

Hi Chris, no feed back re this specific tool. 

In this instance however I know the Seller (RE agent who I have bought from before) and the RE buyer agent for us (who I have bought through before). 

Since its a re-fi and if you arent dependent on that cash right now, i would back out of the refi and re-shop the lender.

Although the "free version" provides a ton on useful information, the "premium/ paid-for version" seems to provide wider variety of helpful tools and features that further streamline the RE research process.
