Even if I go to fight with the ridiculous report they still have it in their head it's worth $305k. 

It's worth doing if you are buying at the right price, just don't get in over your head and lose money. 

I have been really racking my head around how to do this without spending hours of my time calling them and have them call me.

Yes there are some groups you can join that may be low cost and its not one person who is leading the pack of chickens with their heads cut off - but what this shows is you do not need to spend $10,000 or $20,000 +  when there is so much free information out there.

It is amazing how even the most minute element of power goes to some people's head and they get a Napolean complex about their supposed power.

I referred a number of folks there that also got the same results.I think their PC's work great for Realtors, Dentists and other professionals.I have come to the conclusion that it has nothing to do with that company, but absentee owners and possibly some of the other niches just don't respond to that slick, beautiful glossy postcard.

These people have just seen the ownership of the roof over their head change hands.

MF is where I think most people head but SF is still a good place to start.
