I do like to make money and I have no issue with the gurus and mentors profiting massively, but I don’t like the insinuation that there are no people out there that can give beneficial and genuine information and want nothing I return.

Alex and his team have transformed a group of a couple of guys into one of the best real estate companies in Jacksonville.

Quite frankly, I'm not too concerned with genuine torts.

It has changed, though not in the beautiful way that the yard in which we planted 10 trees over 15 years ago has been transformed.

I think too much welfare (except in the case where a person is genuinely down on their luck) erodes personal responsibility by making it somebody else's problem.

I must be totally oblivious - just never thought I would come across a genuinely mean spirited person.

I have no issue with people who have a genuine need, but the online ESA documentation is complete crap.
