Darren introduced me to the book, The Science of Money by Brian Tracey.

I always find it fascinating what other people's goals are as they are usually very specific and personal in nature as they relate to everyone differently. 

Fascinating class, but the thing I remember most was the teacher (former police officer) said that while alarm company signs in the yards are good, any thief knows that it could take 20 or 30 minutes at least for someone to show up.

They have everything down to a science and I would recommend the idea of looking into it for sure.

I haven't done the research, yet, but am asking as my first serious question to the bigger pockets community to break the ice and hopefully learn more about the 1031 Exchange - as the concept fascinates me.
