I would like to know what an investor should be doing every day to become knowledgeable and successful.so if it's not to much, I'll like to know what are yall daily rountines, like from mourning to the afternoon (or whatever) and how much time do yall give to different task.

And, with our country broke and spewing out new entitlements every day, I doubt if the kids will see a penny from my business either.

It takes ALOT more work then your every day buyer and seller, but repeat business is worth its weight in gold, and friendship will last a lifetime.In this market, investors are the key to being successful, and this would e the site to meet them by my prediction. again, good luck!!

I know a lot of developers who are holding property longer right now - not cause they want to but because they have to.In my experience, developing a piece of property gets harder every day.

I work the rental part of it for a few hours everyday so I can continue to make my payments.

They should have bought a house they could afford based on their actual income and the fixed rates THAT HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY DAY FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS!
