As your equity grows, your cost grows to a point where you are losing money with its growth. 

Thats more logic and feedback than I have probably ever received right there in one message!

But in terms of being able to grow a portfolio with a ton of equity and solid cash flow, being a builder in this area really works.I think the STR part of it also helps as well.

Has anyone ever purchased a deal where a municipality owns the land and the improvements and rents it to the tenant to sublease?
