IE: we are sick of rentals we are selling them but we need monthly income so we are going to invest in Deeds of Trust with you !! 

If the tenant is dilly-dallying in paying the repair costs for (not wear-and-tear) damage for more than 1 week.

I am curious what is a market correct "finders fee" for bringing the company deals we are able to close?

Our biggest challenge is that we are not over 55+ and we would prefer to invest our money in the villages itself.

We are currently in this situation and wanted to hear your opinions.
