Hello, New to BP Pro and looking to start my STR investment journey in 2025.

Frankly I used to be on BP a lot, then when I started doing syndication, no one discussed much about syndication on BP so I just went to other places to learn.

I’ve not drove up to Sherman yet so didn’t think much of it until I started reading about the chip factory going in.

@Albert Gallucci as many have pointed out, in the commercial space of 100+ apartment buildings and offices, property classes have some pretty decent industry standards.We started applying these to 1-4 unit properties around 10 years ago, which you can verify on our blogs, because we saw too many newbie investors not properly taking into account things like, neighborhood status, tenant pool, property condition, etc.Unfortunately, there's no industry standard for this, but you can use some basic logic to think your way through your own Classifications.

I started digging deeper (which I probably should have done sooner) and it turns out, they've been on the market since March.

If you’re thinking about diving in, I say go for it—but maybe don’t start by living in a closet.

But would recommend you start with Long Term Rentals first.

And its always been a 2 inch trigger to start , we start at 2 inches and continue thru out the storm . 

I understand this is a good way to become financially secure over time and am eager to start.
