Whether it’s investing, sales, or something else, I’d love to hear more!

Like Martin mentioned, I can buy my own property in other foreign countries  and make significantly higher returns (which, incidentally, is what I've been doing).So with the same amount of money that I could invest in a shared villa, I do more profitable investments, make more money and then buy my own property in Costa Rica with the extra money I'll have made and it can be a pure lifestyle purchase.This being said, if you put together a group of like-minded people who can put some money aside, decide to purchase a property together, don't really care about the return and love Costa Rica (otherwise you could do the same somewhere else), I agree that what you do can be a lot of fun!

Despite the income, I still feel like I’m over-leveraged.Has anyone else felt this way as a beginner investor?

How else can I verify past performance? 

So does anyone else have a situation where there are other fees that are charged when a guest arrives (e.g. parking in the building, etc.).  

You just need to invest more energy on the most motivated people until you’ve scaled enough to include everyone else.

Susan, let me ask you something else. 

You have positioned yourself exceptionally well at your age, you don't want to mess that up by jumping too quickly.

From what I remember, they addressed all concerns such as insulation, insuring them, or anything else that might come up without relative problems.

This is NOT to pile on as hindsight is 20/20, but maybe some one else reading this will see this and avoid this same mistake.
