This belief that an individual can lollygag in high school and college and then miraculously see some economic opportunistic light and suddenly devote themselves and become financially successful is laughable at best.

The property is taken either for government use or by delegation to third parties who will devote it to public or civic use or, in some cases, economic development.

There are honest brokers, hopefully you'll get one and just not make what you could if you knew more.That's okay, not everyone can learn, not everyone has the time to devote to an education, some just don't think they need an education because they already know everything.
