I've been looking at lots of properties some are like 12-20 units in Las vegas and texas and it still seems hard.

MN department of health lists 0.4ug/l as a risk level.

Look how far it is to Denver to the east, Las Vegas to the south, Boise to the west, and what Idaho Falls to the north.  

In the "old days", i.e. pre 2007, it was common to take a negative expecting things to go up but all you have to do is ask people in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Cape Coral FL and a few others I may have missed, how well that worked out for them.

I'm doing my annual post to see who is planning to attend the 2018 Papersource conference in LV. I had a conversation with Bill & Alison Mencarow and suggested they add a sticker or ribbon to Bigger Pockets attend...

I am interested in wholesaling within the Las Vegas area, and I'm sure plenty of investors would love to see some competitive deals- wish me luck. 

I know I would like to try and start investing in the Las Vegas area as it is the one place I travel to somewhat regularly (about once a year). 

There are a few laggards (Las Vegas, Dayton, Detroit), but even those are getting closer.  

We hope to connect in the future with REI's in Hawaii, California Central Valley, Monterey Bay, San Francisco Bay and Las Vegas Areas since we are familiar with those areas.

We also hold property in Las Vegas and since we have a network of maintenance people and family out there, it again makes sense for us.
